Polyporus (Cho rei) relives fluid accumulation in the stomach; increases the flow of urine; dispels edema; cures thirst.
Hoelen (Buku ryoh) relives fluid accumulation in the stomach; increases the flow of urine; dispels edema.
Alisma (Taku sha) relives fluid accumulation in the stomach; increases the flow of urine; dispels edema; cures thirst.
White Atractylodes (Byaku Jyutsu) relives fluid accumulation in the stomach; increases the flow of urine; dispels edema.
Cinnamon (Kei shi) dispels surface heat; cures flushing up; acts in conjunction with the other herbs as a diuretic.
